    Within the medical product SIEMENS division we offer both new and used devices for private ambulances, small hospitals and policlinics. The first contact ultrasound devices of the mid and the highest class and more than 50 types of sondes.

    Based on the medical data DICOM we design and produce non-active functional custom made implants. We use titanium for the production (Ti64) and the best technology currently available - the technology of laser sintering (DMLS)

    We distribute and sell dental scanners MEDIT Identica. Identica is a high - end 3D scanner developed exclusively for dental CAD / CAM applications.

Our company uses up-to-date methods of the additive manufacturing, such as Direct Metal Laser Sintering and 3D printings from plastic, enabling to create parts and prototypes with properties of products made by traditional techniques (metal cutting, casting, etc.) with  high accuracy. The input format for the initiation of the additive manufacturing are 3D CAD data (STL).

We offer industrial diagnostics using computer tomography that enables non-destructive analysis of porosity and defectoscopy, dimension measurement of inner and outer elements, reverse engineering (CAD model obtained from a real component) or comparison of defined geometry with the real one (a color deviation map). Using tomography you will gain a complex overview of the inner structure of your object. 

In order to digitalize your object we dispose of a wide scale of 3D scanning systems, beginning with a manual scanner, especially suitable for industrial needs or a full body scanner (anthropometric human body scale) or a dental scanner (dental casts). We guarantee high data accuracy and resolution which are possible to use in the reverse engineering in order to control shape and dimensions of the real object.
